There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product that you purchased from PSITC:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from PSITC can be returned.
All items submitted for return or exchange are examined for tampering. Any items appearing to have been tampered with will be refused.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. PSITC may refuse a return if the item or packaging materials appear to be damaged.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Defective items may only be exchanged.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

Software Downloads
Digital Services or Products
Labour Charges or Services

* PSITC may return digitally downloaded software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.

Return an Item

To return an item to PSITC, sign in to your Order Listing page with your ID and password. Locate your order/invoice. Once you have your order/invoice number, contact your representative. They will assist your further with starting the return process.

If you do not have a login ID, you may contact us at [email protected] or by calling +1 984 234 5020 for assistance. We will attempt to locate your order or invoice number. Please know, it is YOUR responsibility to retain a record of your invoice.


Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Products purchased with cash will receive a refund check within 7 days of the return.

Exchange an Item

All items requiring exchange must be in original form and include all provided accessories, cords, discs, printed material, shipping material and any other items included with it in original form and condition. Any item containing an installation code, is ineligible for return or exchange through PSITC. You must contact the manufacture directly.
